Koi Fitness Saturday Workouts at Baker Beach

koi FITNESS Baker Beach koi FITNESS Baker BeachWe meet at 9am on Saturdays in the northern parking lot at Baker Beach in San Francisco. After the entrance of Baker Beach, take a right on Gibson Road and another right on Battery Chamberland Road. Members drive, ride their bikes, or take the 29 Muni line which ends right above Baker Beach.

We train along the military bunkers at Baker Beach, run up the fire trail to Lincoln Blvd, test our mettle on the Sand Ladder, and do sit-ups, pushups and squats on the beach. Prepare to get covered in sand!

Although these workouts are known for being tougher than our Golden Gate classes, we welcome all fitness levels to join this class. It’s a great way to start the weekend. Plus, a bunch of us get together for brunch afterwards at Angelina’s Café nearby.

Here's what one of our members has to say about our Saturday class:

I have been with this group for over four years. That says it right there. Great trainers. Great varied program. Great support from the other members. Need a gym? Forget it. Get into this program. The scenic views at Baker Beach are phenomenal!"
