6-7:30am; Mondays, Wednesdays, and Fridays at our Golden Gate Park location only. $25 per workout.

koi FITNESS Golden Gate ParkEvery two sessions, we offer a special week of training that is an expanded version of our regular workouts.

These workouts will improve your stamina and push you further. It’s an excellent choice for competitive athletes seeking more intensive training. Two groups are available: “Extreme Training” which is perfect for those who want an extra challenge, and “Extreme Recovery” which works for those seeking active recovery from our regular sessions. Workouts focus on cardio, strength, endurance, speed, agility, and flexibility. Since these workouts are tougher than our regular workouts, they are only available to members who have already completed a full session of koi FITNESS.
