One of the first boot camp instructors in San Francisco, Stevan's love of fitness and commitment to helping others shines through in his coaching. He is a master group exercise instructor and knows how to bring a large group of exercisers to their knees. Alyssa has been teaching and training clients for over a decade.
She may not be as loud as a drill sergeant, but never underestimate
her creative and seemingly-simple workouts that produce results.
She also won a push-up contest at a friend's wedding--putting a
few guys to shame.

Ultra marathoner, extreme adventure athlete, and competitive cyclist.
Why he rocks:
Galen founded Bay Area Adventure Racing Babes & Dudes (BAARBD) and is an exceptional endurance athlete. He excels at teaching proper running technique and sneaky exercises that seem easy at first, but are extremely challenging.

Why she is so cool:
Besides being program manager at Koi Fitness, she's also a competitive cyclist, mentor to new women cyclists in the SF Bay Area, and volunteer with the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition to support cyclists' rights.

Brawn:
Competitive boxer for 25 years, kickboxer for 20 years, and coach to top fighters in the SF Bay Area. You don't want to mess with this guy.
Why he is The Man:
Vaj's unique motivational techniques run the gamut from telling jokes, shouting words of encouragement, and surprise take-downs for a chosen few. Nothing fazes this man. He’s also a private security professional.

Why she is awesome:
Brighton’s love for running and bootcamp workouts inspired her to change careers and become a talented personal trainer. She has a background in ballet and modern dance, and has successfully completed many half marathons and local adventure races. She’s appreciated for her tough, thorough, yet motivating workouts.

Jon has been a runner, slugger, and bootcamper for many years. His passion for athletics motivated him to get his ACE certification and become a fitness instructor. He specializes in speed and agility training, as well as innovative running and strength-training techniques.

Why she is so great:
Don’t let her petite frame fool you: she’s one of our toughest trainers out there. She has many years of experience training competitive athletes and has extensive knowledge of rehabilitative therapy. As a teenager, she played on her high school basketball and softball teams, and she played 3rd base on the women’s softball team at SFSU.
