One of the first boot camp instructors in San Francisco, Stevan's
love of fitness and commitment to helping others shines through
in his coaching. He is a master group exercise instructor and knows

She also won a push-up contest at a friend's wedding--putting a
few guys to shame.

Why he is The Man:
Vaj's unique motivational techniques run the gamut from telling jokes, shouting words of encouragement, and surprise take-downs for a chosen few. Nothing fazes this man. He’s also a private security professional.

USAC Category 2 Cyclist, Ironman triathlete, and competitive swimmer.
Why she's so great:
Marissa is a competitive cyclist with her own coaching business,
promotes competitive women’s cycling in the SF Bay Area as
a racing mentor, and volunteers with the San Francisco Bicycle Coalition
to support cyclists' rights. Her spunky personality and innovative
coaching techniques will get you so energized in the mornings that
you might forget about your daily caffeine fix.

Galen founded Bay
Area Adventure Racing Babes & Dudes (BAARBD) and is an exceptional
endurance athlete. He excels at teaching proper running technique
and sneaky exercises that seem easy at first, but become extremely
challenging.

Why she's special:
Don’t let her petite frame fool you: she’s one of our toughest trainers out there. She has many years of experience training competitive athletes and has extensive knowledge of rehabilitative therapy. As a teenager, she played on her high school basketball and softball teams, and she played 3rd base on the women’s softball team at SFSU.

Jon has been a runner, slugger, and bootcamper for many years. His passion for athletics motivated him to get his ACE certification and become a fitness instructor. He specializes in speed and agility training, as well as innovative running and strength-training techniques.

In addition to her expert coaching and fitness training background,
Ashley has achieved an impressive list of personal accomplishments
including: the Olympic Distance Triathlon National Championships,
Half Ironman Top Finisher and Ironman World Championships, as well
as the Boston and New York Marathons. She is currently the Lick-Wilmerding
girl's high school cross country head coach as well as the fitness
coach and a former player for the San Francisco Nighthawks, a local
women's semi-pro soccer team.

Carli has been training clients for over three years. She has been
helping people make lifestyle changes and achieve their fitness
goals with her targeted programs, nutritional counseling, and outstanding
motivational skills. Carli specializes in getting new moms back
into healthy fitness routines as she is a mother of a young daughter
and understands how difficult it can be to balance exercise, work,
and raising a family.
