KOI FITNESS NUTRITION PROGRAM
What you eat matters!
Whether you are looking to lose weight, build strength or improve your overall health, nutrition plays a fundamental role in your success. Exercise plays an important role in improving your body. In order to attain peak fitness level, your food intake is every bit as important as your exercise regimen. That is why an important part of the Koi Fitness program is nutrition. No matter how much you are exercising, you need to feed your body foods that help trim fat and build lean muscle mass.
With your Koi Fitness enrollment you will receive:
-Day 1 lecture, and Introduction to proper nutrition
-Ongoing review of food logs with recommendations to help you achieve your goals
-Access to our nutritional counselor for questions and guidance
-Health tips to highlight various nutritional topics
-Recipes that are quick and easy and help you transition to a healthier eating style
-Nutritional challenges to overcome common and not so common dietary sticking points
NUTRITION "PLUS" OPTION
In addition to the basic nutritional guidance included with the Koi Fitness program, we also offer individualized programs available through our nutritional consultant, Amie Ahlers. The Nutrition "Plus" option can teach you how to eat real food, balance your blood sugar, take control of what you eat, and hold you accountable for healthier eating on a daily basis. The program is based on balancing out protein, carbohydrates, vegetable, fruits, and oils. She will take into account your life style, work schedule, food preferences and time to craft the perfect program for you.
An overview of what this program can include:
-An appropriate weight loss or maintenance goal based on your age, height,
and gender
-A food plan designed specifically for you based on your food preferences,
schedule, and willingness to cook
-Private one-on-one weekly nutritional counseling
-Daily food log reviews
-Nutrition packet with complete with tips and motivational tools
-Suggested shopping list
-Grocery store tours as needed
-Before and after measurements and pictures
-Knowledge that will last a lifetime
Amie also does complete one-time nutritional consultations to help
you kick start your way to healthy eating. You do not have to be enrolled
