What you eat matters!
Whether you are looking to lose weight, build strength, or improve your overall health, nutrition is fundamental to your success. Exercise plays an important role in improving your body, but in order to attain peak fitness level, your food intake is every bit as important as your exercise regime. That is why an important part of the Koi Fitness program is nutrition. No matter how much you are exercising, you need to feed your body foods that help trim fat and build lean muscle mass.
With your enrollment you will receive:
-Ongoing review of food logs with recommendations to help you achieve your goals
-Access to our nutritional counselors for questions and guidance
-Health tips to highlight various nutritional topics
-Recipes that are quick and easy and help you transition to a healthier eating style
Free Yoga Classes
In addition to amazing boot camp style workout classes Koi also provides a weekly yoga class with our program. Koi Yoga is offered at our Golden Gate Park location on Wednesday mornings at 7:00am. This is a fast paced Hatha Flow class specifically designed for athletes like you to stretch, open, and elongate your muscles. It is an all levels class, but prepare to sweat, smile, and open your body in ways you never thought possible. Yoga will help with posture, balance, core work, and injury prevention. Learn to breathe, let go of tension, and live in the moment.
* koi FITNESS is currently searching for a new yoga instructor as Ambre has accepted a teaching position in Hawaii. We wish her luck and hope to continue to offer yoga during Session 5

Community and Social Events
Koi cares about our community and participates in quarterly volunteer or charity events throughout the year. Cleaning up Baker Beach, donating shoes to needy families in San Francisco, and fundrasing for the non-profit Computers for Youth are just a few things Koi has done to give back to the community we care so much about. In addition to these events Koi also hosts socials every session. Hiking, white water rafting, bowling, and cocktail parties are an example of the fun activities you can partake in while being a Koi member.
