Koi Fitness is an ongoing, year-round outdoor exercise program in the Bay Area that is divided into six-week sessions that meet four days a week. More than just a typical boot camp workout, we combine outdoor fitness and exercise instruction with nutritional guidance and healthy lifestyle education to get to the results you want.

Reaching your goals is our main objective at Koi Fitness. At the beginning and end of each session, you complete a personal fitness assessment that is tracked against your goals. Using this data, you are assigned to groups according to your abilites and fitness level. Workouts within your group are varied, interesting and challenging.
